| I have made a book for all the weights to go into, I have written a couple things to help me see trends. I have learnt that I am not ready to fast yet. I will eat something every day this week. | About to go down to the park again, going to put on a little make-up first though. I genuinely feel pretty today, I feel really full and fat but I still feel pretty. I think it's the nails. I have never had nails, I used to bite them and now they are so brittle that they don't grow. I just bought a case for the blackberry, it is so pretty. I think I like it more than my iPad. I am so spoilt. XD Bought more doctor who too, if I go on the swings for an hour (-200 cals) then I can sit in front of the TV and write up some quotes for the damn essay. I love ana. I love feeling nice. I am prepared for the fact I might not have lost by tomorrow, which is sad but I can cope. Just gotta keep going. Gotta get better. Oh course I will get better.
